As someone who cant always eat as much as I should, would it be a good idea to get some meal replacement powder so if i do feel like i cant eat anymore than at least my diet will not suffer, also is it ok to still take whey protein ?

Did you expect a War and Peace type response?
It was nada more than a yes/no question.

Be thankful that there is not controversy! I love a yes/no answer, however, in our sport, closed end answers are few and far between.Originally Posted by shaun_brotherton

I am cutting and I swear I have no appetite at all, everyone complains of cravings but I don't have any at all. I can contribute some to the stress with the situation with my g/f but that would be a small, small part of it.
Peace

Im in the same boat bro, I could close down a buffet If i had to but come cutting season its hell.Originally Posted by angelxterminator

joking aside, thats a lot of calories for the body to assimilate in 1 go.
Ive asked around a bit and people seem to think I should take it 3 times a day. One 45 minutes before workout, once after workout and again before I goto bed. But to be honest I dont think il do it before a workout simply because it leaves a full fealing in the gut, so il just do it after workout and with the creating tablets that I also take I should be doing ok in about a month time
So you would be gettin 4500 kcal from meal rep powders alone? Seems like wayy too much IMOOriginally Posted by shaun_brotherton
Yeah bro youre going to get fat quickly eating 1500 calorie meals.

Try it and see what happens, but whatever you do STOP capitalizing every single word. Makes posts very hard to read.
The only way you are going to "know" is to try.
We can sit here and speculate until the cows come home, but that solves nada.
