Bulk diet. 21yr old. 195-200lbs. dont know bf%.
m1: shake (22g), throw 1/2 cup of oatmeal in there, chicken breast
m2: 2 chicken breasts, broccolli, tbsp nat PB mixed with almonds
m3: large can chicken with FF mayo, tbsp flax (im gonna try mixing it with small glass of water and chug bc that sh!t tasts horrible)
WORKOUT
PWO: 50g whey, 100g dex
m5: WW pasta/brown rice/white rice (depends on my mood), 2 chicken breasts
m6: chicken breast, PB/almonds mix
m7: shake with carb countdown milk.
I'm going to maintain 5 days of cardio, but it wont be AM. ITs gonna be around noon everyday. I will do the cardio after class then go home and have meal 2. I will use glutamine before cardio each day. I'm considering starting creatine up again but havent decided yet.
