Cutting Diet...Help please
I have 6.5 weeks to cut before I go on a party cruise. Here's my current stats
Height: 5' 11.25"
Weight: 187 pds
BF% - 9.5 (with calipers)
I would love to drop 3% bf between know and then. Do you guys / gals think this is possible? Here's the diet I started Monday.
[Meats: 4oz chicken, pork, or salmon]
[Veggies: 3/4 cup mixed veggies, brocolli, cauliflower]
[Fruits: Peaches, plums, bananas, strawberries, grapes, oranges]
[Supplements: multi, glutamine, pottasium, taurine, biotin, zinc, saw palmetto, arginine]
Breakfast: 6:30am
1 cup eat whites
1 wheat tortilla
4 pieces lean ham (4 ozs)
1 fruit
12 oz 1% milk
Snack: 9:30am
1 scoop whey (22 g) in water
Peanut butter sandwich on wheat
1 fruit
Workout from 11 - 12
PWO: 12:10pm
1 scoop whey in water
1 fruit (I know, I haven't ordered dex)
Lunch: 12:45
1 meat
1 veggie
multi
water
Snack:
Ham Sandwich
- 4ozs ham on wheat with mustard
Fat free yogurt
water
Dinner:
1 meat
1 veggie
water
2 wk Clen / 2wk Eca
I drink about 1 gal of water everyday with the occasional diet soda or unsweetened tea
