hey, what do you guys think aobut working out first thing in the morning on an empty stomach? High intensity for a very short session like 10-15 minutes?
What could get possibly get done in 10-15 mins?
It takes me 20 just to take a dump!
I don't like working out in the a.m. ever, that's just a personal preference.

So your doing H.I.I.T (high intensive interval training) first thing in the morning? I see no problem with that, hell alot of people reccomend it as long as you truly are doing HIGH INTENSIVE cardio in that 15 mins..(if your not sure you are buy yourself a heart rate monitor and use that as a gauge)
I mix HIIT with low intensity but i'm usually on the treadmill/bike for 45 mins. That is.. when i'm not doing PT.

You are still a rookie though SC, 20 minutes is nothing. I lost a marriage over my "special" time on the can. Wife complained i spent more time on the can than i did with her. I made the sacrifice and got rid of her.![]()
