I love tuna, especially the solid white albacore, but it can be harmful if you consume masses of tuna. I would probably eat a max 6-8 cans a week. I love the fish, so I like to add in some salmon and farm raised (top feeding) catish fillets. The salmon and other smaller fish don't have the mercury levels, tuna gets it built up as they constantly eat smaller fish. Just a little something to think about.

I'm just looking for variety, love the taste.

    EAT More fish!

I traveld down to raleigh/durham this week and went to the Angus Barn. Supposed to be the best place to eat down there.

Man what a steak I had. Makes me want to include some beef more often.

Add in some of that Fat-Free mayo, a tablespoon or two of honey mustard, a dash of Mrs. Dash and some pepper to taste... not bad.

I agree with ya, it's hard for me to keep a solid diet because I work between 40 and 50 hours a week so I rely on tuna while at work. Some people at work give me this stupid look for eating healthy stuff all the time but one day when I'm 80 years old I will still look and feel better than them. That's my motivation, yeah I have some not so perfect workouts but every day I give it my all it's one more step ahead of all the wanna be's I work with.

Sometimes right out of the can. Other times mix it in with pasta, rice, veggies. Best is when you go get a nice tuna steak at the grocery store and grill her up with some lemon juice with a side of veggies.
