critique my precontest diet
sup guys well im currently 7 weeks out and busting my balls!! heres a description of my diet and training.
6:45 a.m. - cardio 45 minutes/ glutamine before
7:45 a.m. - 8 egg whites 2 whole eggs
10:45 a.m. - 6 oz chicken breast/ 18 almonds
1:45 p.m. - 6 oz chicken breast/ 18 almonds
3:45 p.m. - 6 oz chicken breast/ 1/2 cup vegetables
workout--4:30
5:30 p.m. - 50 grams dex/ 25 grams pro
6:30 p.m. - 6 oz chiken breast/ 1/2 cup of oatmeal
8:30 p.m. - cardio session 2/ 45 minutes
9:30 p.m. - 2 scoops whey protien/ 18 almonds or 1 tbsp of flax
well thats pretty much how it is guys........i was wondering cuz my carbs are so low can i just add a pro/carb meal after my morning cardio instead of the pro/fat to get in some more carbs?
please tell me if there is anyhthing wrong here?
p.s. i do weights 5 times a week/ cardio 6 times week
