    Question get sick after early workout

    I've been going to the gym at about 5:30 am before work. But lately its been like clockwork after i settle down from my last set I start to get sick feel like i'm gonna hurle. My heart isnt racing and through the whole workout i feel fine, its always right after. Any body have a clue to why i'm feel sick after workouts??

    Dunno just early am workouts don't agree with me and I normally feel ill.You could be pushing yourself really hard as that can make you feel queasy

    Hey bro I am hypoglycemic and sounds like the same thing I get if my blood sugar isnt high enough when I work out in the morning ,Try eating something sweet before the gym ,it might help !!!!!

    maybe lose the coffee too because it's kinda acidic. but i would def. eat more food with the ECA, that's what helped me out.

    Yes, caffene constricts blood vessels.
    And I agree with Diesel, I think he had a post about this, and we suggested that he eat more before going to work out.
    And yes, I like you Billy can't work out in the morning, just doesn't agree with me. Besides as hard as I work out, my day would be shot if I worked out in the morning. I would be tired and dead to the world.

    I used to get sick,Id drink a slimfast shake, 2 xenadrine and then got sick.So i cut it down to 1 xenadrine before then one after and that worked great for some reason.
