cutting diet
I had posted this before, and my schedule was pretty hard to deal with then. So I have revised my schedule and my diet. I am trying to cut in this diet. Personally I think I might be starving myself, but I am not sure.
Tell me what ya think.

I would suggest more protein and more EFAs, switch them up. Get some flax.
Post that on here...i don't have the energy to swap pages to view what you have laid out and post a response.

your diet looks ok (in a brief glance)... it looks as if you're training with weights after meal #1 correct??? Are you doing cardio first thing in the morning? if that's the case, i think you should work out roughly 2-3 meals after cardio so you just switch your PWO and PPWO meals to later in the day after you workout.

I wakeup at 630 or 7 each day, and will try to run first thing in the morning MWF but i have a class at 9 and i workout only MWF so I lift atr like 1030 and then got class again at 1.
if im not mistaken fish oil is a great source for efas?

Why wouldnt I want to run? Just curious. I understand that bike riding wouldnt be that good, because it taps into the same type of energy as lifting does, and you want that for your lifts. Or maybe im wrong.

Running is too intense to use fat for fuel, if fat burning cardio is your goal.
A stationary/recumbent bike is a wonderful fat loss tool.

Exactly..... but you want to stay in your target heart rate for fat loss. You see when you run, you are way over your target heart rate. It is too intense of an activity for your body to use Fat alone for a source of energy, thus resulting in catabolism when done on an empty stomach.

Ok i got it. Do my meal placements look right, like the write combos at the right time? I could maybe switch it up so i workout mwf at like 3pm, getting in 3 meals before my lifts. but it might be tricky.
