bulkin up
This is my first draft of my upcoming bulking diet, will most likely run a 4 week cycle of 1-test/4ad at some point during the bulk.
Meal 1 45 mins before weights
1 scoop Whey
1/2 cup oats
Work out
PWO
46 g whey
90 g Dex
PPWO
8 0z chicken
1/2 cup brown rice
Green pepper
Meal 4
2 slices wheat bread
4 oz turkey (I know bread isnt regarded very highly, but I cut it out during cutting and now I crave it)
Meal 5
2 Scoops Whey
2 tbsp flax
Meal 6
1.5 cans tuna w/reduced fat mayo
salad
Meal 7
1 scoop Whey
2 tbsp flax
1/2 cup cottage cheese (Is mixing protiens bad?)
I'm looking for another snack type of meal to squeeze in like maybe some granola with soy nuts or something. Just to keep the cals up. Any ideas with what would be good are definetly appreciated.

IMO you are having way to many shakes. The only neccesary one would be after workout, it should be 40-50g protein and double the g in dex.
Substitute some of those other shakes with lean pro/ fat meals
Some suggestions for your extra snacks could include; natty peanut butter, almonds, and veggies.....
What are your goals and stats bro

I roughly worked out the ratio and it comes to...
251g pro/210g carb/74g fat
I'm gonna have to stick with the shakes bro, cheap, keep my protien needs satisfied, dont have to worry about making food. MY PWO shake is straight. I've been at this game for a while but I've always feared fat, every time I would bulk I would feel like I lost muscle and replaced it with fat, and I would stop and get back to cutting. I'm ready for the mass and I'm actually gonna stick it out this time.

i would say fat is just about right if you're under 200lbs, but your protein is low. unless you're gonna be at over 400g protein, i'd bring your carbs down a little in proportion. overall, i'd still say your calories are probably a little low still (can't confirm without know your stats) since i'm about 175 and i'm shooting for about 3100 calories for bulking. I try for 350/250/80 P/C/F. Just depends on your current stats, goals, and workout amount.
