alright bros, if the way to gain lean mass is having only 3-4 meals w/ carbs per day, then why do pros like ronnie, jay, gunter and kamali have carbs with almost every single meal? i mean, jay has carbs with about 10 of his 11 meals a day in the offseason, so what the f u c k are you guys talking about? whay would it be any different for guys like us? it doesn't make any fvckin sense!!!
