Thread: shake ?

    shake ?

    I am currently cutting and am wondering if i should stay away from whey shakes and just eat solid food. I work at home and do have the time to cook the meals. Will my results be better eating solid protein meals than let's say having whey for two or three of my meals. thanks

    When I cut, I utilize 2-3 shakes per day and do just great. 2-3 weeks out from a show I switch to solid food, but that's for reasons other than liquid meals.

    swolecat, do you do this just because it is easier to make shakes or does this provide better results than real food

    isn't the shake for PWO still just as critical in cutting as in bulking to keep mass?

    i've been eating solid foods now for 6 weeks straight (dieting for a show in 3 weeks) and have yet to sacrifice any muscle. though liquid PWO for general cutting is recommended.
