    quick PPWO meal question

    after you are finished with your PWO shake, what is the longest you can wait to eat your ppwo meal?

    I think I might have said that wrong. You "can" wait however long you want i meant sarcastically, not seriously. So to reword it, don't wait longer than hour and 1\2 I would say.

    i've been waiting about 2.5 hours because i still feel full from my PWO. i guess i should go ahead and eat at 1.5 hrs then, huh?
