Could be very bad, could not matter at all.

    Totally depends on you/the diet/cardio/bodytype/goals/etc.

Well im about 16% bf and wanna get 10 or below and started my cardio in mornings on empty stomach. Diet looks about like Rambo's cutting tread and im not sure 1 banana a day would kill the chances of me getting to 10% bf but i could be wrong.

Problem with banana's is the amount of sugar in them. Some people say it doesnt effect them and they include them in their diets and do fine. Others cannot afford to have a banana in the cutting diet daily. All depends on how your body reacts to certain foods and how fast you want your progess to be.

There was a thread some where about bananas and it had tons of very good info in it. About all the good things about em. One banana a day wont do anything bad. It will help if nothing else.

Fructose restores liver glycogen, so if you eat them PWO make sure you eat some more carbs to restore muscle glycogen as well.
