    Carbs/off days

Which meals are carb meals on days you don't workout? Assuming that I'm bulking or maintaining?

Being that it would depend on what diet you were on, who knows.

I'm following the example from the educational thread on Bulking. It outlines the meals for a day when you workout but I'm not sure what to do on my off days.

On your off days, you can just omit the PWO meal, or replace it with a low GI carb/pro meal while bulking. While cutting, you can omit all carbs on a non WO day if you would like.

Yes, that is correct if you are following that approach.

It really depends on how many carbs you will be consuming. If your eating only 50 grams of carbs on off days then I would say have it in your pwo shake. If your consuming 400 grams of carbs a day then, all 400 in your pwo shake is probably not a good idea. Tell us how many carbs you plan on consuming and maybe we can give you a better suggestion as to which meals to place the carbs.

I could only imagine how good that shake would taste!
