    Veg Oil tuna

    Ok heres the thing, today I bought some tuna in bulk not watching what I was buying and bought vegetable oil tuna. Im unsure if Vegetable oil is good to eat so was just wondering if its ok to eat this stuff.

    i buy the stuff in packs that comes in sunflower oil. i think that's better than vegatable oil. the stuff in the packets tastes better too IMO. thats my pro/fat meal.

    if you look at the fat in the sunflower one it is something like 10g,the tuna in brine is 0.5g

    vegi oil isnt the best source of healthy fat.
