General Information:
I have been trying to gain weight for 2 years now. I started when I was 18 at 123 lbs. Pathetic. I am now 147-150 depends on if i just ate.![]()
What do I have to do to gain. I have a good build and a small frame, but I know I can gain. I try to eat as much as I can but I get full. Trying to eat all the carbs and protein that is available to me. Are there any combo's out there that if you take them, Train and be consistant that you are garranteed gains? Need any information. I always see big guys talking about I need to gain and cut and many sucess stories but where the small guys at and what did they do to get to where they are today.![]()
