need some help!!!
ay guys for pwo, do you have carbs right after, then take protein 30 min later? or do you do it at the same time?

I'd do what you said LMO, but I'd actually drink that right BEFORE the gym to be all
"Auntie Catabolic" N- sh*t............
Then followin' the workout, I drink 3 cups of vinegar first, then the whey protein mixed w/soy milk and 1 heaping tablespoon of cod liver oil. Follow with 2 cloves of fresh garlic under the tongue for 30 mins, and you are on your way to some LEGENDARY gains.
