    KFC breast

I was wondering if I could add a KFC chicken breast without skin pr breading to my "bulking" diet. I jsut checked nutrition facts and it seems to be pretty da*n good food.
    3.0g total fat
    0.0g carbs
    29.0g protein
    With skin and breading its
    16.0g fat(5.0g sat fat)
    11.0g carbs and
    40.0g protein
They are pretty cheap to. I paid $12.50 for 8 of them.

What do u guys think ?

Find a Boston Market, Costco, Ceasar chicken salad from literally anywhere, etc.

Pop eyes chicken isnt too bad in protein. There is an all you can eat popeyes for 4.99 where I live. ALl you can eat breasts. Wal-mart sells a fully cooked chicken for 3.98 thats delicious and really healthy.

Without the skin and breading, I don't see what the problem would be with this...however, I also don't see the point in going to KFC to get chicken and take off the skin and the breading. If you want a cheat meal, go to KFC..if you want skinless chicken breast, go elsewhere or make it at home.

Well then that's how your physique will develop as well, it won't have time.

Seriously and not flaming, but to be successful you must plan ahead and make it a priority, or else it's like pissing into the wind.
