*HOW DO YOU RESPOND TO CARBS???? MAYBE THE OATMEAL MAY BE OK BUT IDEALLY YOU WOULD WANT THIS MEAL TO BE A PRO/FAT MEAL. SO MAYBE DITCH THE OATMEAL AND ADD SOME HEALTHY OIL HIGH IN OMEGAs IE. FLAX, OLIVE, FISH ETC.
Meal 2 (9:30 am)
Turkey Sandwich or ham wheat bread
Protein Shake
* MAKE THIS A PRO/FAT MEAL TOO. IE CHICKEN BREAST/PROTEIN SHAKE/PROTEIN SOURCE WITH NUTS/OIL/ETC.
Meal 3 (11:30)
8-10 oz Chicken Breast with 1 cup rice
*AGAIN THIS SHOULD BE A PRO/FAT MEAL AGAIN BUT SINCE ONE OF YOUR GOALS IS TO GAIN LEAN MASS, I GUESS YOU COULD ADD ANOTHER CARB MEAL IN YOU DIET. SO THIS COULD STAY DEPENDING ON YOU. ADD VEGGIES TO THIS MEAL THOUGH.
Meal 4 (2:00 pm)
8-10 oz Chicken Breast
1 medium size Sweet Potatoe or corn
Protein Shake
*PRO/FAT OR PRO/CARB DEPENDING ON WHAT YOU DID IN MEAL #3. YOU CAN ALSO DITCH THIS MEAL IF YOU WANT CAUSE YOU DIDN'T COUNT YOUR SHAKE AFTER YOUR WORKOUT AS A MEAL (WHICH IT IS). I CAN GET BY ON A CUTTING DIET WITH 6 MEALS PER DAY. YOU MAY WANT 6 OR 7, AGAIN UP TO YOU.
3:30 workout
Protein Shake 30 min after workout.
* MAKE SURE YOU ADD A FAST ACTING CARB WITH YOUR SHAKE. IE DEXTROSE!!! RATIO OF 2:1 WITH YOUR PROTEIN (ie 80G DEX:40G Protein) VERY IMPORTANT MEAL!
Meal 5 ( 5:30 pm)
Tuna or chicken breast
1 cup veggies
* ALSO ANOTHER IMPORTANT MEAL!!!! HAVE THIS WITHIN 1-2 HRS AFTER YOUR SHAKE. YOUR MUSCLES WILL STILL BE IN "HUNGER MODE!" LEAN SOURCE OF PROTEIN HERE WITH CARBS AGAIN (IE rice). AGAIN MORE CARBS THAN PROTEIN roughly 2 to1 RATIO AGAIN.
Meal 6 (8:00 pm)
Protein Shake
and 1 fruit.
* DITCH THE FRUIT. ADD SOME FAT IN THIS MEAL TO HELP YOU KEEP FROM CATABOLISM DURING THE NIGHT.

Now i am trying to cut fat. I am 250 pounds and want to loose 30 pounds. Also i may use clenbuterol, and my age is 21. Please make changes if needed and another input u guys may have.
