hey everybody i am 20 yrs old 5 10" 200 lbs. when i am cut up i am usually around 177ish i dont know my body fat but its propably alot now. my question is what else should i eat besides just meat(tuna,ham,chicken,beef,etc) i know that i have to have alot of protein but i know i am surely getting enough of that. what carbs should i eat? i know brown rice and wheat bread and oatmeal-i ****in hate oatmeal could i replace this with grits? what vegetables and fruits do you guys usually eat and how much? i dont want to do that **** carb diet **** because i feel like **** on it. so what could i eat to GRADUALLY loose bodyfat while still increasing my muscle mass? thanks![]()
