K a friend of mine wants to lose some weight.. right now she's 18years old weighs about 135. And about 5'6.. She would like to lose about 15-20lbs.. and asked me to help her out with a diet.. im not really sure what to tell her so i posted it on here. She excercises regularly.. Basicall just running and walking shes not into lifting weights or anything.. bascially how many carbs and fat and stuff should be consuming per day.. Wanting to lose this weight and also what supplement would be best for her to take? thanks
