    Yes, as long as it is natural. There are numerous mentions of the benefits of pb around the diet forum.

    Here's a sample meal from LMO's "How to Bulk" sticky:

    Meal 7: Pro/Fat

    Lean Protein of your choice, 2 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
    50g protein / 5g carbs / 18g fat

    natty PB is the shiznat... my cutting nemesis for sure! i always have more than 2 tbsp!

    i think everyone loves peanut butter. it's so good.

    is there a difference between the chunky and the creamy? in natural that is.
