depends on how strict you are i think. if you do not mind altering your predetermined caloric intake then have some real food, something which will satisfy your hunger. if you want to remain strict though have something with little impact - like an entire head of lettuce lots of water, or some other very fibrous raw veg.
however, i also think you must listen to your body. it won't usually be hungry for nothing unless you are in way to much of a caloric deficit. perhaps reassess your goals and your intake and modify it accordingly?
