I have tried to make this as thorough as possible so sorry for the long post I have reached a plateau and thus going to try out the carb cycling approach which I have been planning for a while now. I am about 1.75m, 150lbs. Looking for critique on this plan following the carb-cyling approach (cycle levels of carbs, keep fat and protein intake fairly constant). Goals are currently maintenance - secondary goals, if any, are a reduction in bodyfat, but no loss of muscle mass. It is adapted to a) my level of carb tolerance (which I have found through experimenting with various levels of carbs over the past year or so), and b) adapted to my workout plan, based on the toughness of the workouts. I have thus come up with the following:

-high carb days will be 210g carbs, with 4 P/C meals and 2 P/F meals
-medium carb days will be 150g carbs with 3 P/C meals and 3 P/F meals
-no carb days will be 30g carbs only from tons of veggies
-train Mon (tough day), Tues, Thur, Fri (tough day).
-cardio on off days

Monday = hi carb (tough workout - leg day)
Tuesday = medium carb (chest/tris)
Wedensday = no carb (low intensity AM cardio only)
Thursday = medium carb (shoulders/calves day)
Friday = hi carb (tough workout - back/bis day)
Saturday = medium carb (HIIT cardio)
Sunday = no carb (low intensity AM cardio only)

Diet plan: (please note that totals INCLUDE miscellanous fat and carbs such as carbs in veg and fat in oats etc. - they are after all calories being ingested )

Hi carb day
breakfast = 50g C, 40g P
PWO = 40g C, 40g P
PPWO = 50g C, 40g P
lunch = 50g C, 40g P
dinner = 40g P, 15g F
prebed = 30g P, 15g F
totals = 210g C, 230g P, 35g fat, ~2100 cals

Medium carb day
breakfast = 50g C, 40g P
PWO = 40g C, 40g P
PPWO = 50g C, 40g P
lunch = 40g P, 10g F
dinner = 40g P, 10g F
prebed = 30g P, 10g F
totals = 150g C, 230g P, 35g fat, ~1800 cals

No carb day (no weights/HIIT thus no PWO/PPWO)
breakfast = 50g P, 10g F
midmorn = 50g P, 10g F, tons of fibrous veg
afternoon = 50g P, 10g F, tons of fibrous veg
dinner = 40g P, 10g F, tons of fibrous veg
prebed = 30g P, 10g F
totals = 30g C, 220g P, 50g fat, ~1500 cals
