ok...heres my last 2 days worth of eating...everyday looks just like this, just on saturdays i cheat, and have about 5 meals total, and only 1 shake...im trying to get as much protein as possible...making that my main priority...and im bulking...so i dont want it super clean
day 1
2.5 scoops whey
1 bannana
4 tablespoons PB'er

2 chicken breasts
1 baby new potatoe
no fat, low carb cheese
no fat sour cream
RTD...about 400 cals, 51g protein
1 chiken breast
Whole wheat crackers
no fat, low carb cheese
2 small steaks
home fries (baked)
asperagus
PWO- 70 grams whey, 100 grams dextrose
2 chicken breasts
whole wheat noodles
2 roma tomatoes
DAY 2 (at work, so alot of small meals and shakes)

I havent even figred the macro's...so dont ask...lol...it should be over 300 grams of protein, and close to 3500-4000 cals...
i would like to get in food 8 times a day instead of 7...but im struggleing to get this down...this has been the best my diet has ever been on a bulker...and its showing....im only up about 7 lb's, but i havent gained any fat at all what so ever...i still have the pooch i got after i cut for so long, then jumped into pct and ran slin...but nothing no one else gets when bulking...and i already look like ive gained some good mass...
and snapped some leg pics last night...****!...im gonna try and get those up...they look by far the best ever...i dont know what did it, but i was proud of myself when i saw them...wheels comin up tommarow hopefully...
