girl in need of diet to burn bf...
im 5'3" 143lbs not to sure of my bf percentage
im getting ready to take HCL
i was wondering what was the best diet you think i should do to burn as much bf as possible.....
when do you think would be the best time to do cardio..
is there any kind of cardio i should stick too that would burn bf the fastest...

It's a cutting diet for a 200lb man, but, the fundamentals are the same... just tailor it to you ... Once you have read it over, put a similar diet together, and post it here, and the gents/ladies will critique it for you...
Also, cardio should be done in the AM, on an empty stomach. Then once you're done, wait about 45 minutes afterwards before you eat anything, as that would hinder your fat-loss...
Treadmill, Elliptical, bike,... work well for me...
