Just had a thought, searched and pulled nothing, bros...I bought 50lbs unflavored whey concentrate...One scoop yeilds 22grams of pro and 2 grams of carbs...I require a 50gs of pro per meal, so that translates to about 4.5 grams of carbs per meal. How much is that 4.5grams of carbs messing with my pro/fat meal? Should I doing anything, (having less fat) to compensate for the carbs? Should I put the whey away and buy some 0 carb whey isolate, and save the concentrate for when I bulk?
