I've found that a great snack that is low everything and tastes great is cantaloupe. Its chock full of water and gives me energy like no other. I ate it while dieting for fat loss and it worked great. Just a suggestion.

I love cantaloupe, but sadly I dont eat it that often. Perhaps Ill pick one up next time im at the store.
