skim milk?
got kind of a stupid question.
is the quality of protein in skim milk and 2 % fat the same? Does the process of taking out the fat hurt the protein found in skim milk?

Nope...protein stays the same. And it's good quality, high biological value protein to boot.

Yup, protein is just the same.
The 13 grams of sugar per cup doesn't change either.

So wait, does that mean that skim milk and regular 2% have the same amount of sugar in it and the only diffrence in them is basically the amount of carbs and fat or am I missing the whole thing here on what you guys are saying.
