Some studies which promote the 1:2 ratio of protein to dex in a pwo shake? I have been hearing some talk lately that the particular ratio is very flexible. Just curious, I tried looking on the board but found no thread like it, if i'm wrong then please correct me.
I personally have no problem with the ratio, I just want to get to the bottom of this so I can tell the guys at the gym why, instead of just saying I heard it from guys I trust. Know what i mean?
