Dextrose????

I was wondering how does dextrose come is it like a protein shake? Where can i find it? If anyone can help id appreciate it n if i sound like im clueless it is because i am lol.

its just a sugar like white powder (in fact, its sugar!!) i dont know where you can find dex in your area. i think theres a couple of website that carry dex...

I found both dextrose and maltodextrin at austin homebrew (make your own beer place). On their website they sell maltodextrin but at their store they sell both, so I imagine if you ask they can send you some. I got 5lbs of each for $20. It looks pure (I don't know what I'm basing that on) and I figure if you're supposed to add it as a beer ingredient it's probably pure. It's not very sweet.

Also if there is any local places that sell stuff to brew your own beer will sell dex. Maybe save on shipping that way goodluck.

those things??? well i assume you mean dextrose, only PWO, cutting, bulking, w/e i use it all year round
