Hey guys I want to know if this is ok. I get off of work at 6:30am M-F. When i get off i go to the gym right after and do my cardio. I eat my lunch at work around 2am everyday, so by 6:30am i think it is ok to do my cardio, but when i get done with my cardio i come home and have a protein shake and a cup of oatmeal and then go to sleep is this ok, or what should i do. Please help
