Im starting on a bulking phase, well for me all phases are bulking, im pretty skinny and ive been doing some reading on here and in magazines etc... This is the diet that i have come up with:
1 1/2 Gallons water
B6 200mg/ed
B12(inject) 500 mcg/ed

Meal 1
1 cup plain ol' rolled oats
1 omlett: 2 whole eggs,2 egg whites, 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
2 sausage links
1 slice whole wheat bread
Meal 2
1 Weight Gainer Shake
5g Glutamine
1 Banana
Meal 3
1 small salad
1 cup whole wheat pasta
1/2 cup lean ground beef w/ spagetti sauce
1 HOUR W/O
Meal 4(immediatly after w/o)
1 Weight Gainer Shake
5g Glutamine
Meal 5
1 cup whole grain rice
1 cup black beans
1 cup lean ground beef
Meal 6
1 small salad
1 cup spinach( i love spinach)
1 whole wheat roll
&
1 chicken breast
1 cup whole grain rice
-or-
1 10 oz steak
1 potato
Meal 7
1 Weight Gainer Shake
5g Glutamine
