Most likey this has been covered but I have no idea how to even start that search?

anyways,

I just started my bulking cycle and am trying not to gain too much fat. I am at day 11. When should I start upping all my nutritional values?

Last time I started from day 1 and I just gained fat for the first part.

I am on Sust, Deca , T Cyp, dbol and will end w/ winny tabs and T Prop, T3, clen , ECA, clomid.

Should I wait till they kick in (3-4 weeks in) or should I start now w/ weight gainers, MASS food, etc...?
