Question about amount of dex

Okay, i hear a 2 to 1 ratio is what you want for dex to protein powder...
my question is...is this 2 to 1 in grams of powder (as in, 90 grams for dex to 45 grams for powder), or is this 2 to 1 in grams for protein (as in 90 grams for dex to 45 grams of protein, which is about 60 grams of powder).

not that its a huge difference, just curious

I actually weighted dex and whey...


A leveled scoopful of my whey is 28g, (contains 22g of protein).
The exact same amount of dex (leved scoopful) weighed 48g...

If I put in one scope of both dex and pro, I'd have a ratio of 24:11, that's pretty close to 2:1...

I believe everyone's whey weighs differently due to flavorings and additives, so use that as a guide...My advice if your cheap, is to buy a scale, weigh your powders and return the scale...
