2:1 ratio has been proven to be the fastest way to rush the protein into your nutrient-demanding muscles...
Isnt it the best option for rushing the GLUCOSE back into the muscle.
I thought PWO was refuel time not repair time ?
The theory is two fold a.stopage of muscle break down b.the other is replenish glycogen levels for optimum recovery.
