when i'm in a rush i just eat oatmeal, adn a protein drink
U could eat some eggwhites, oatmeal and a protein shake, is good.
when im rushing around in the morning i make oatmeal add a scoop of whey and some berries, egg whites only take a second-warm up a wrap for 30secs throw the egg whites in there,shake,english muffin with natural peanut butter.
deli/lunch meat (I get turkey breast for $2.99lbs) and oatmeal would be your quickest options...
My breakfast every morning is 12 ounces of 1% milk, 2 scoops chocolate protein powder, a few tablespoons of natural peanut butter, and a banana all blended together. It takes a few minutes to make, drink, and clean up and tastes like a peanut butter cup. I've tried solid breakfasts, but I just can't let go of my shake, its too convenient. I usually blend a few to bring to work as snacks later in the day too.

i eat:
1/2 oatmeal
2 egg whites
1 scoop whey
apple (optional)
all blended up every morning, takes 2 minutes to make and consume, works great IMO.

i eat egg whites every day. when i'm cooking at night for the next day, i'll crack the eggs and put the whites in a bowl. that way when i'm rushed in the morning, i just throw a pan on the stove, throw in the whites and let em cook while i'm getting ready. you CAN eat right even in a hurry, just takes a little preplanning.
worst comes 2 worst, i drink my egg whites, and eat a quick bowl or vector cereal
