Hello everyone
I am currently trying to compile a diet to my needs. Now I would like to get bigger but my body fat is not all that low so I was wondering if there is a diet anyone could recomend that would allow me to make size gains(muscle mass) and burn fat at the same time? For the last couple months I have been carbing up making really good strength gains but also putting on some lbs. I don't know what to do I like loosing the lbs and looking healthy but I hate seeing my size and strength gains drop .
please help
