I eat turkey ham slices, 4-5 of them between meals sometimes, and sometimes turn it into a meal, combined w/ a protein shake..........is turekey a good source of protein?

I've never heard of turkey ham...I just went to http://www.nutritiondata.com/facts-001-02s05sp.html to get the facts...Turkey ham contains 27g of pro, 5g of fat and 2g of carbs...
Where as just the turkey breast contains 1g of fat or less, and no carbs...Based on that info, I'd have to say just get turkey breast over turkey ham...
