I am currently at 235 lbs and somewhere between 18-22% bf. If taking prop,eq,winnie,clen/t3, how long do u think it will take me to get to around single digit numbers? Also, what type of diet should I be doing? My current diet is as follows:
1. 6 egg whites,1 yolk
1/2 cp oatmeal
2. 6 oz turkey breast
1 cp brown rice
3. same as #2
4. same as #3
5. same as #4
6. 6 oz turkey
2 cps brochli(raw)
2 tbls ranch dressing
Can someone please steer me in the right direction. I would really love to compete around March 19,2005
