hey im 6foot but only 140 pounds
i need a good diet to get my weight up...i considered some gear but was refered to get it up naturally at first but the problem being i got to college all morinng then work all night i can get my prtoein around 200 gs a day with bars and shakes but i wanna get around 10000 calories any ideas would be great... i am fairly tall so i open to carry a good amount of weight but gettin it is the problem im willing to try anything thanks
