hey guys, do I need to weigh my chicken raw or cooked? I need to be getting 50-60g per meal if possible. If raw, how many oz? cooked, how many oz?

i usually go by whats on the nutritional values list, otherwise a raw measurement would be ok.
ok thanks man. my only problem was that sometime the breasts are different sizes, but they can't lie on the package right?
yeah, there all not going to be exact, especially if you buy them frozen. I try to measure it out at 8oz a piece.
how much protein is in an 8 oz peice?
40-45 approx.
Just an FYI: I've read in some muscle mag years ago that how you cook all meats differs in protein content by as much as 7g per breast...If I remember correctly, microwaving was the best, then boiling, and worst was fire grill on high heat damaged the protein content the most...
They never actually listed the GF grill, but I'm sure it's on par with pan frying...That was in the middle...
