sounds kinda similar to my girl. Mine eats breakfast but she basically eats three skimpy meals a day and tries to eliminate carbs. IMO it's not a healty diet. It's definitly not a good idea to skip breakfast. Some people say they "can't eat early in the morning" and this is understandable. If that's the case they should drink a shit load of water upon rising, followed by a meal replacement shake.

My suggestion is to get your girl to follow a structured diet where you plan out each meal the day before. Good luck

If she's eating mexican food for supper, then she's definitely not eliminating carbs. Mexican food is great for bulking

Where is her protein and EFA's (essential fatty acids)...that has to be the most f***ed up way of trying to loose weight...you need balance in your micronutrients, lots of water, weight lifting and of course cardio.............this way you keep you muscle or maybe even increas your LBM (lean body mass)...increasing you metabolism...Muscle is the only metabolicly sctive tissue in the body, the more you got the more calories you burn.............anyway good luck..................
