What method did you use to measure bodyfat? There are many methods--and each has a different accuracy.

    Hydrostatic Weighing (accurate)
Skinfold / Calipers (moderate--depends on use)
Height/Weigh tables (Not accurate at all)

Gotta tell us what method before you get an intelligent answer...

The height/weight chart is completely inaccurate and is compiled through averages. Hydrostatic weighing is often done in medical faciliities. One near me charges $40, so it not too pricy and gives what is acceped to be the most accurate reading.

lol that would be funny because if we looked up bigkev on hieght/weight scale he would prabably say he had 30%+ bf and we all know he doesn t have anything close to that. Look at most of us if we did hieght wieght we would all be alot higher and untrue.
