Yoghurt?
hey guys ok im not sure just wondering does yoghurt really help the fatloss process my trainer advised me to have yoghurt skimmed with every meal through out the day and if i get hungry at night.. i dunno what can i have at night rather than yoghurt? pineapple freshly sliced? umm strawberries?? late night that is.. very hungry i only have meals before i work out.. after workout i just have 60 gram protein shake *(maxpro)

I personally believe that the yoghurts are bad for the fat loss because the non fat yoghurts are packed with sugars to make up for it .

Yeah, if anything the opposite holds true. Dairy in general while cutting is a no no.
I take it your trainer is just that, a trainer, w/no real education/background in nutritional principles?
