post surgery diet

I will be having my wisdom teeth taken out tomorrow and I dont plan on eating solid foods for at least a few days. What things other than protein powder do you guys suggest I take to mantain muscle mass? Thanks

Well, cottage cheese is pretty cool for times like this. Protein shakes w/healthy fats of course. Oatmeal is pretty soft, as well as grits. Eggs can be eaten also for protein, as you can gum those mother f*ckers to death, :lol: .

It won't take as long as you think to be able to eat normal stuff. I too thought it would take 3-4 days, but it was only like 2 at the max.................
