Keep your protein @ minimum 1grm per lb. of body weight.
-5-6 small meals every 3hrs
make shure your carbs are low glycemic except after workouts Bananas are #1
Meal Replacement are an excellent choice

im with you Diesel. There is no simple diet. Whether your cutting or bulking your have to count your calorie, carb, fat, and protein consumption daily. I was trying to give you an idea but its far more complex then that. Research, and dedication is all i can say.

Are you in the city?
What are your stats? What are your goals. What are you currently eating? Whats your exersise regime? Have you tried dieting before, and has it worked? What did you do?
Sorry for all the qestions, but it would really help give you a retinent answer because if I were responding my answer would be different fro a guy at 40%bf who has never left the fron of is TV than it would be the gymaholic who is 8%bf and want to get it down to 6%.
BTW, the question about whether you live in the city is optional and won't really affect my response. Just curious about it cause I do.

Thank all! I do appreciate all the help that you are guy are throw my way and are still working with me to lose the fat, and shred the deck. I am from upstate NY, I am 5'9" 245 give or take 5 lbs. lifting for years and I am a boxing coach. I just need some abs to go with it.
