    Help with cutting diet while on testosterone

    Hi, Im using during 8 weeks 400mg of Deca , 600mg of testoviron , im going to start my cutting diet next week, Im 5´7 and i wheight 176 pounds and a Bf about 18 %, Im not worried about losing lean mass, since im using testosterone , here goes the ammount of carbs, proteins and fats during the day!!

    230g of protein

    130g of carbs ( most of them are on the PWO shake and the rest on breakfest)

    50g of fats


    Im at the gym in the mornings and im going to do cardio at night!!

    What do you guys think?

    On sundays i dont work out, waht should i do about carbs and protein?

    Cardio in the morning and hit the weights at night would be ideal.

    176lbs. @ 18%???

    Just because you are using test does not mean you shouldn't worry about losing lean mass. You should.

    176 and 18% means your skinny fat. try to pack on some muscle mass then chop it up

    use the juice longer than that... add 2-4 weeks

    I am suprised to see that no one has pointed out the fact that this guy is nowhere near ready for gear. WTF is up with all these people resorting to gear so quick? Jeebus!

    If you have to ask about your diet, bottom line you have no buisness taking gear. You should have your diet down 100% and work your way up naturally and then if you so choose take gear.
