Please Have A Look @ My Diet
i'm 33 5'10 170lbs about 8-10% body fat (still have fast metabolism)
this week started test e/deca /dbol
i would like to reach at least 185lbs
7:30am 8 egg whites
1 cup oatmeal w/ honey
2 slices whole wheat bread
1 scoop whey protein shake
9:00am workout
PWO 1 scoop whey protein
1 banana
10:30am 1 cup white rice
1 can tuna
flax seed oil
noon 1 chicken breast
apple/pear/peach
2pm 1 cup rice
1 can tuna
4pm 1 scoop protein shake
flax seed oil
6pm steak w/red wide
3 yams
8pm 1 cup rice
10pm fat free cottage cheese w/
mixed nuts
flax seed oil

no dex in PWO and your also mixing carbs and fats in several meals. . .re-tool it IMO

thnks dcb i'm picking up dex tomorrow, can u give me some instructions on how to seperate my fats with carbs ?

Easy, seperate your fats from your carbs.
May wanna watch that alcohol as well, red wine or not.

I suggest you research more on your diet and drop the gear for now!
Once the diet is perfected, then do the gear if you so choose.

If its a first cycle I would be shooting for more than 15lbs. I just got finished with my first and I went from 198 to 238 I am now 232. So I lost 6lbs. of my gains from water or what have you. Gained a % in bf but happy none the less.

In no way do i mean to be negative toward you just would like to see you get the most out of your cycle and hard work bro.
