Sup bros, you all know im trying to reach 180 lb right now and i feel like im doing it right. But i've been injured for past 4 days and havn't gone to the gym because of the incident...anyway trying to reach 180 (154 as of now)

and a double cheese burger (i know im cheating but, im at school)

Tuna and Sweet Relish

Lots of Chicken or Steak
Rice
Protein Shake
Some Veggies
Post work out
2 pills of glutamine
Creatine
Before bed
2 pills of glutamine
Protein Shake
Ice Cream.
